I am doing signs for people who can't come. They will say [state name] or for example: CALIFORNIA SAYS HANDS OFF OUR LYME DOCTORS As I am visiting my dad in Connecticut I will probably not be able to use Jeannine's beautiful signs but will make something cruder with an outline of my own hands and big lettering and then I will list peoples' names, probably by hand. I have asked the organizers to add a page to the www.lymerightsrally.org website but otherwise if you want your name on a sign, send me an email to [email protected] that has COUNT ME IN in the subject line and your state and name in the body. You can sign your family as "The Jones Family" if you want. People who do not have Lyme disease can sign this poster.
If anyone else is willing to help I would appreciate someone to volunteer to make a sign for New Jersey. I have one person from NJ who wants to sign so far. Also 2 from Florida. Anyone willing to do Florida? I also have 4 from Ohio and may get more. If someone or 2 or 3 will volunteer (you have to be coming to the rally of course) I can forward names to you. If no one steps forward, I guess I will do it but it would look better with more names and I don't have contacts in those states. It should be easy to get names for this simple protest so if you are willing to help, please let me know. I'll do the best I can but it may turn out to be too much. (my dad is 90 and sick this week)

So sorry I haven't had much time on LymeNet this week. If I'm too late getting e-mail to you, I'll understand. Hoping you've had a few volunteers to help make the signs.
A big thank you for all the effort you put into helping to improve the Lyme situation.
Wish I could be at the rally tomorrow!! Will certainly be there in spirit.
