See Table 3 -- Clinical fatures of cerebral vasculitis -- Note CNS Features of chronic illness are Movement disorders -- especially chorea and myoclonus.
Also Table 4 -- Some neurological and systemic disorders that may mimic cerebral vasculitis -- Lyme is on the list of infectious causes
Good explanation of available tests.
Unfortunately only treatment suggested is steroids.
