The California Lyme Disease Association has launched a new website, chock-full of useful information, such as:

Lyme 101-Comprehensive information in English and Spanish about ticks, Lyme disease, coinfections and how to protect yourself from tick-borne disease

Lyme Times-Information about current and past issues of our quarterly journal. Many back issues are available at the website for instant, free downloading.

California-specific information-State risk map, free downloadable brochures, posters, flyers. Links to scientific studies of Lyme disease and tick-borne infections. Contact information for patient support groups. Lyme-related legislation. Lyme-related links to the California State Department of Public Health.

Lyme activism-how to contact legislators, write an article, Lyme Awareness Month activities, how to make a Lyme education display, upcoming events (including a Lyme activists workshop to be held in conjunction with the LDA/ILADS conference in San Francisco in October 2008.)
