This pathogen (and others) depletes a LOT of OUR nutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids)...impacting our hormones, neurotransmitters...our defense!
PROBIOTICS!!!
Our own good guys (lactobacillus) need Mn to replicate.
Bb is dependent also on Mn...to a huge extent.
And we destroy our good guys with abx.
PROBIOTICS...LOTS....help the good guys outnumber Bb.

I had a sore tongue & I knew it wasn't yeast, so I started chasing Vitamin deficiencies. I knew there was a "B" that caused this.
Yes Marnie, probiotics are vital to both absorption of nutrients & proper immune response.
We just have WAY too many things to try to keep track of.
