Im so beyond tired of this yeast, ive been strict on the diet, done tons of antifungals....and it still lingers.

It seems now i cant eat peas or pears(i know the sugar) but my ND yeast specialist wants me to try and add in fruit :-(

The thing is the yeast reaction is mostly in my vulva region(sorry guys)...causing burning.

my tongue and mouth are also dry (although last couple days i didnt have peas it was a bit better)

My diet is just so restrictive its insane, and very hard to take that im 30 years old and cant beat the yeast.

I just did a stool sample and results should be back in 2 weeks.

Its just really scary that i react this badly to foods.

and why doesnt BIG PHARMA aknowledge there is a yeast problem, and we need something to kill this stuff.

i have several friends on threelac and they swear by it.

warn ya tho, it is pricey. runs about 200 for the total package, but you can get just the threelac box for around 40.

start out with 1 per day then work your way up. they like cause they don't have to restrict their diet so much, just sugar...

Yeast is a life long thing.

Once it's out of control you have to get it under control and that takes a long time, it took me up to a yr.

But the Diet remains life time!

I am active myself because I stupidly did not pay attention to ingredients in some foods I ate over the yrs and it snuck up on me again.

And it's He!!

Hang in and stay strong, and just say NO to those BAD foods, they are poison!

i dotn eat the bad foods. I cant even eat a piece of fruit........

im starting to think i may never had lyme...but this was all yeast....and that is what sux the most.

i will look into the threelac.

I just dont get why so many people can eat fruit tons of it, tons of candy and get NO yeast...

Are you able to tolerate garlic supplements? Even pre-Lyme when I had candida due to other health problems, garlic supplements were the only thing that helped me.

I can relate to the burning you mentioned ... it is unbearable.

Take care,
Jill

I think Theralac is much better than threelac...
And I believe threelac contains citrus.

I am unable to tolerate garlic because of my IC. I can handle it in small amounts.

Can't....I do hope you can get this worked out. I can't understand why they want you to eat fruit!??! [Eek!]

You MIGHT be able to get away with Granny Smith apples...maybe.

Are you taking anything for your immune system??

Im the same way lymetoo with the garlic.

And i do take theralac.

The ND feels that my diet is too restrictive....(she has no clue how bad i am)

i cant find a good suppliment for my immune that wont affect the bladder.

im going to stop eating the pears see if things die down.......

at this rate i will never take abx again.

Hi Cant,

I'm on rocephin iv and battling yeast. I am doing this and trying to eat well--(I can't give up my bowl of oatmeal(and raisins) in the morning but we'll see how this goes).

For Killing bad:
Caprylic acid tablets 2X day
Garlinase tablets 2Xday
"Candex" 4X day

For Replenishing good:
Theralac 1Xday
50 Billion Ulitmate Flora 2Xday
Jarrodophilis 2Xday
Yogurt nonfat plain 2 cups a day

Any ideas about this protocol welcome...also what about playing with Ph?
Do the vag suppostories help? What are your other systemic symptoms?

Hand in there,
Kim
