It was brought to my attention that there are some topics being accidentally ignored because they are pushed to page 2 or 3 in a forum within one day. When this happens, these topics end up becoming unanswered.

While I am looking into adding another forum to help alleviate this problem, I would like to post this poll to see if changing the number of topics listed per page from 50 topics to 75 topics would be a welcome enhancement.

This suggestion was brought to me by a fellow LymeNet member. Thank you for the suggestion!!

^up^
anyone else want to vote?

I just as soon there wasn't more on a page. The busier it gets the harder it is for me to focus. (I do realize that's possibly just me and I'll adapt, either way.)

I have no problem checking the next page or 2 for topics.

I voted that it would be fine to increase topics per page to 75, but I would like to qualify that:

Increase topics per page, as long as everything else remains the same, which will probably be the case if there isn't some kind of thorny c.s. issue that comes up (I mean really, not just in the opinion of someone who wants to sell us 'new' software!). This forum is very well-set-up, and it certainly seems like scrolling a bit more per page should be one number changed in one line of code.

On the other hand, if it turns out to be somewhat more than that, or that features and functionality of the pages would be changed, then my vote changes to "no".

I think this would help keep some posts from getting lost, as there are days when it seems like it takes too much energy to get past the first page.

[Frown]

Since it's not a really big change, like adding forums, I think it might be worth a shot. [Smile]

Too many on one page for me to focus on as it is.....I vote for leaving it be.
