I knew better than to start 2 things at once. I started adrenal support and progesterone in the same week. I feel like crap now and not sure which one is doing it.

yeah, i've done this 100 times. Stop one and do the other for 3 days and see how you feel.

balancing hormones and endocine...ugh! I found my testerone was very low. the cream has really helped. Go to www.stopthetyroidmadness.com and read about endocrine. It might help you balance adrenals better [Smile]

I stopped the progesterone. That was the culprit.

I was not told I would have an adjustment period.
I will try it again after my kids go back to college.
