Does anyone take bolouke to eliminate biofilm and to treat bartonella? Has it helped you? Have you taken something else that helped to break down the biofilm?

I am on Bolouke . I should say was . Taking a break.
It is very helpful and if timed and taken in a certain way you can really tell the difference in your regimen for killing the those bugs..

I'm taken Boluoke, but only take it in the moring first thing.
You're supposed to take it on an empty stomach for best results.
Unfortunately, that's the only time my stomach is empty.
I don't think I'm taking enough I'll need to fit it into my schedule somehow and take more.

i was taking it because my fibrin count was really high. it made a huge difference in my fibrin count very fast.
how would you tell if it is affecting the biofilm?
it isn't killing the critters just affecting the outside protective film ....right?

Lumbrokinase or Bolouke is a great fibrolytic enzyme. It is great for thinning fibrin or sticky blood that comes with chronic illness, as well as breaking up biofilm. I also take bromelain, which is from pineapple, and also breaks down the fibrin.
Bolouke and Bromelain should be taken at different times, and on an empty stomach. If you take it with food, it becomes a digestive enzyme.
Fibrin is tested at a specialty lab, Esoterix. They take something like 15 vials of blood, so be ready.

i had my fibrin tested by lab cor and they only took one vile of blood for it. its not a unusual test and compared to other tests i don't think its expensive either. i think its really worth while to have it done.

I took lumbrokinase at my LLMD's request as he said it acted on blood vessels in the brain better than other enzyme products. I think I took it for about 6 months.
As far as hypercoagulation is concerned, all I had to do was watch my blood being drawn for another test!!!!!! Before the Rechts-Regulat, they could hardly get a vial of blood from me. Then, I got freaked and started on Recths-Regulat at the recommended dose--a teaspoon or more 2-3 times a day. When I'd been taking it a while I went for another blood test, and the blood just pumped right out!
Now, I just take a few drops of Rechts-Regulat every day or so, sometimes not for 3-5 days. The bottle I'm on has lasted for 6-8 months, I'd guess.
Anyway, for hypercoagulation, Rechts Regulat worked the best for me!!
Best,

I use Bolouke daily. In a recent conference, Dr. K said that almost everyone with Lyme disease should be on it. I view it more as a hypercoagulation treatment. I don't think it would do too much for Bartonella. Likely has some biofilm effect, but I see most doctors using other approaches for biofilms specifically. Again, for hypercoagulation, I have found Bolouke to be a good option.

SForsgren, What approaches do you see other doctors using for biofilms instead of Bolouke. Please PM me, thanks.

Hi Haley,
Boluoke can be bought online. I can't recall right now where my husband finds the cheapest price on it, but you can shop around.
It is the brand name of the manufacturer in Canada (Canada RNA Biochemical), which is the only brand of Lumbrokinase that has research backing up their particular formulation.
Generic Lumbrokinase is manufactured in China, which I try to avoid personally.

Thanks.
I was told to buy something called Natokinase which I believe does the same thing.
My doctor told me Natokinase can CAUSE blood clots. Meaning, if this enzyme starts to break down a clot, the clot can break off and lodge in one of the main veins.
I don't know if Lumbrokinase works differently.

My doctor (MD), who has heart problems, takes this and he said there's no danger whatsoever to taking it. He told me his heart doctor isn't pleased that he's taking this over his coumadin he's rx'd him, but every time he goes for his annual test, his heart doctor says his blood looks great!
I've been taking Nattokinase for six months or so with no ill effects whatsoever. Dr. Jernigan has me on this plus Transformation Protease.
Do your research then decide what's best for you. Only you can make this decision.

What dose of nattokinase are you on? I'm taking 2000FU 3x daily (morning, mid-afternoon, bedtime) 8 hours apart, total dose of 6000 FU.

I tried nattokinase, and didn't find it very effective. I much perfer bromelain to nattokinase. However, lumbrokinase I do find effective. It is supposed to be a clot-buster and breaks up biofilm. These are all systemic enzymes and very important for thinning sticky blood.
