yesterday i mad my first visit to chiropractor who specialises in applied kinesiology and various holistic remedies- went home with a weeks supply of few remedies and also a few hundred dollars lighter!!! am i wasting my money w/a doc like this?
im at the point where i am willing to try anything- after many years and many courses of oral antibiotics with little improvement my options are fadding fast!

Well, look into what homeopathy consists of and decide whether you think this could help you.

I personally don't see how taking some substance with unknown relationship to the disease you have and then diluting it in water so much that nothing is left of it....how can that cure anything? But maybe there is a placebo effect?

Herbal treatment, on the other hand, has a stronger claim to science. Plants have definite chemicals that can have an effect on disease. We know this because many pharmaceutical products came originally from plants or other natural sources.

So, try homeopathy if you like, but consider herbs also. Or maybe you have already done herbal treatments?
