On the IGG WB he had 8 reactive bands 18 28 30 39 41 58 66 93 The non reactives were 23 and 45
On the (IGM) wb reactive bands were 39 and 41
Nonreactive band was 23
On the top of the test it says lyme disease screen 4.79 reference range 00.00-.99 L.I.V.
Does this mean any thing to anyone, or should I just relax and wait till the appointment at 3:15
Thanks
Hillary
Just be thankful that you have any bands present. People like my husband who have no memory of a tickbite and no history of a rash have a very difficult time getting a diagnosis -- even with very severe symptoms.
Also, he has only one positive band present on one of many Western Blot tests -- all other Western Blots show NO bands. Thankfully we eventually got 3 PCR positive tests plus a Bowen test which many many many doctors (not LLMD's)TOTALLY IGNORE.
GOOD LUCK and be sure to return to this site often with questions or just to learn more about Lyme. I wish I had discovered this site 3 years ago instead of just 3 weeks ago.
