Ive been off abx for about 2-3 weeks and I sound like a broken record when i say I've got a pretty bad candida problem.

This morning I weighed myself and I must have lost 3 or 4 pounds since Yesterday!

Everyone I know has been saying how skinny I look and I keep saying "yeah okay buddy".

i know the abx were probably keeping me fat and I have been watching the carbs and all.

Leaky Gut doesnt help either I guess.

Just needed to vent and just hear some words
that can soothe.

I swear if its not one thing its another.

Every damn day

Every other post is mine..

I'm a male 6 feet 142 pounds. That's when I'm healthy. Always been thin. Now I'm having to watch my carbs and I'm down in the 130's!!!!!!! I'm too thin to be a female super model. I hate it. Usually I eat and eat and eat and work out just to gain a few pounds. Now I'm having to do something that I know will make me loose weight. It frustrating. What do ya do? I'll gain it back one day. I hope before I disappears.
Good luck

Maybe it will stabilize. I lost almost 20 pounds in a month because of this and was realy starting to get worried, but as I killed off enough candida and got rid of the cravings, I started to get an appetite for and an imagination for cooking foods I can eat. I also got more information, and found out I could eat other new foods I'd never heard of. Hang in there. I was down to 103lbs, but I have GAINED a few(3-5) back, and Im still on candida elimination diet.

Certain simple foods started to taste good to me as time went on, so I ate with an appetite, instead of feeling deprived. Also, I found foods to pack in calories, like almond butter on brown rice crackers, or almond butter mixed with carob powder and rolled in coconut flakes. I decided to eat eggs (almost) every day. Roasted salted nuts are not the best thing for digestion, etcc... but dont feed the yeast, and can be bought almost anywhere if you're out too long away from home and cant find anything to eat. They are also high calorie.

I bought a new candida info book and cook book and am trying out the recipes. I think that the initial watch the pounds slipping away every day is scary to those of us who cant afford it, but look for ways to eat and hopefully your's will stabilize too once enough of the candida are dead.
