Hi folks, i am interested in buying a rebounder to help with weight and to get the oxygen moving through the body as well as blood flow and lymph drainage.
Which if any rebounders are you using and which do you think are the best?
I know there are some that are pretty pricey but i certainlly dont want to get one that isnt stable enough, not enough bounce that it hurts the knees and back.
My doctor said it was a good idea and to start off slow.
What do yo all use? Loretta

Lemonhead, cool name I bought mine at walmart for $20.00 and it works great. I hope you find one that you like. Lots of people buy the expensive ones because they are marketed to be better maybe they are but what you need is the motion it will not work faster or anything it is the motion that helps your lymphatic system "pump" because it does not have a pump of its own. I do actually remember some of the name brands if you would like them I'll get them for you. Tke care, mimi

Lemonhead, Here is the info I have about rebounders. I bought the Life-Tec. It has a very easy bounce. My ankles are terrible, but with this one I have no problems at all.
I use one also, but I bought mine at a garage sale for $5.00. Works fine.
mimi's right...Wal-Mart's price is $20.00.

And you might want to think of heavy metals tumbling when you use a trampoline - using something to catch them and carry them out.
Take care.

hi gigi, I don't understand your reply. Have been thinking about some form of exercise besides walking, and this was one suggestion. Altho not sure my brain can handle the constant stimulation right now.
Thanks
