I have taken Life Extension Mix for years but tested poorly to it energetically when I just had all of my supplements tested. Doing major revamp of my protocol and interested in comments on other high-potency multis that other Lyme sufferers are using.

This is what I would take...as far as Mg is concerned:

Mg citrate, 1ml =52mg q 1 hr. sublingual for 8 doses per day. Spacing the doses is really important. Maintaining a level for as many hours a day as possible.

2nd choice: Mg glycinate

Use the largest organ of the body to absorb Mg...Epsom salt baths (4#) with 1# of baking soda in a tub of warm, not hot, water for 25 minutes only. Every evening.

It is interesting to me that so many people like this product. When I looked at the ingredients, I would not consider this to be a high-potency supplement. It appears to have lots of things, but not a lot of each thing. My current thought is that there are better products but still doing more research. I like LEF products, but haven't done so well of late with their Mix.
