I'm going to start out with a disclaimer to keep everyone happy ... just as many things around here have no proof of working, this doesn't either .... I'm using it in addition to other things and know it will not heal Lyme all on its own. No debates on its effectiveness, okay.
I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on using it or comments on what it's done for them.
I've suffered from insomnia for years ... I currently take 5 mg of Ambien when I go to bed, and another 5 mg four hours later. The first three days I used my laser, I didn't wake up for the second Ambien.
I emailed the nurse I bought it from and she says she's had similar reports from others.
I didn't buy it for insomnia. Anyway, any suggestions?

It's just like shining a flashlight over your body ... so it's pretty easy.
There are several homeopathic vials to choose from .... I guess it's best if you have ART available, but I don't, so I just start with the green ones as the directions state. I figure that the worst case scenario is that I waste my time using one I don't need.

It is easy - you feel a little funny doing it but there is really nothing to it.
I had my massage this a.m. and it took half the time as I didn't have as many toxin knots between my shoulders. I was pleasantly surprised. Is it from the lasering? I don't know yet but this is a first as far as less knots.

Sixgoofy, may I ask which of the lasers you bought (the lower or higher frequency)? Why did you choose it?
I went to her site, and am seriously thinking to get one (either this or something for doing accupucnture).
Another question: I know I have accupuncture points I can't GIVE energy, but only take off (specially in my stomach) or the effect will be INVERSE. I have many years of experience with accurpressure points, moxibustion etc, so I know some points for me are 'FORBIDDEN' to add energy (but they need to 'relax').
Do you know if it's possible to take off energy with a laser? Or is this just for the points that need energy?
I would love Gigi to be here, too, but I guess she's either on 'vacations' of lymenet or got banned again as it's been long time I don't see her here....

I thought I'd give an update ...
I am still using the laser. I am feeling much, much better, but I can't say it's because of the laser. I honestly don't know how much it's contributing.
I've "graduated" to using the detox vials. I'm using one every three days .... I generally use the same one several times before switching over to the next.
I use the Bach flower remedy vial immediately afterward to help alleviate any herx ... I have not herxed from it.
The laser it such a small part of what I do that I can't say how much it has contributed to my getting well. I am happy to be using it though, especially now that I'm on the Cowden protocol (since Cowden uses laser detox as an integral part of his treatment).
I'm also using FIR sauna, coffee enemas, and exercise. I think all this in conjunction with abx, supps, and herbs is what has made me well.
Now my LLMD has me focusing on detoxing and making my body stronger as many of my symptoms seem to come from adrenal fatigue rather than Lyme. So, this laser is fitting right in.

I've been using it when I take Zeolite. Zeolite is for heavy metals and I take it every third day, so I use the laser the days I take the Zeolite.
There's really no way to tell how much it's working.
Our bird with the liver trouble is still doing well after lasering her. She was also on meds, but didn't get better till the laser.
I also use it on the one who has a nervous habit of chewing her feathers .... when I remember to use it, some feathers grow back .... then when she chews them off again, I remember again, LOL.

you know, it's really hard to say concretely what it's doing or how it's working. i've used it almost every day for the past month-plus, and since then my progress has really accelerated. so much so that at my last ART session on monday night, my regulation was open for the first time ever, and nothing (none of the remedies i brought in) blocked my autonomic nervous system. i'm still in a really fragile state of healing, my energy is limited, etc, but i'm able to do a lot more, i've started dating again, looking for parttime work, working out at the gym, walking around manhattan without too much exhaustion afterward. my panic/anxiety and depression are almost nonexistent now.
i have no way to prove it, but i truly believe the laser is the main thing bringing my body back into balance.

Sparkle, feather chewing can have many causes from nutritional deficiencies, to skin disorders, to psychological issues, as you say. Fortunately, she chews hers and doesn't pluck them! That's worse!
Our bird started chewing after we moved .... then stopped but did it every time we had a thunderstorm .... now, it's a bad habit like someone who bites their nails.
The nervous system vial does help her a bit. She's gone from showing skin to always at least having down.
We've tried meds, herbs, distractions, attention, etc. Nothing has worked.
Unfortunately, she shares a cage with another bird and chews his feathers, too.
I'll have to do an experiment and start lasering daily. This is the most progress we've made with her.

I just bought mine too directly from dr. K's institute here in Germany. I'm Selma, from Switzerland, just posting on another screen name as I lost my previous password!
I haven't bought anything that 'goes' with it (vials, etc).
I just wonder what kind of supplement stuff people buy besides the laser.
I suscribed for the course with dr. K in May, so hopefully, I'll get some info directly with him, but I would like to start using it BEFORE the course, so that I can ask more questions.

Selma, the slide show answers your question for me. That's how I do it. I sweep the whole body front and back (hubby does it for me). Then I do the bottom of my feet and my ears.
And, the slide show says she doesn't sell the yellow vials to patients, but I have the yellow vials, so I use them. I used the other ones first for several weeks before starting the yellow vials.
I always use the Bach remedies after the yellow vials .... it's supposed to help with any herx symptoms from detoxing.

Sparkle, yes, but we moved when she was still a baby .... she did minor chewing before that, just in one spot. She's a little high strung, so I also think that has to do with it.
Selma, one kit will work for everyone. It just comes with the laser and a bunch of vials (12 I think?).
I think she's the only one who sells this.
Be sure to keep batteries in stock in your house, LOL. It works better when the batteries are fresh.

Thanks! But it's not what I heard (direct from the A. nurse and from Gigi).
The vials are personal, the information of the light is two-directional (dr. K confirmeed that), meaning, you get the content of the vial to you, and the vial gets the content from you!!!
Inside the family, it may be okay (in my opinion), but I wouldn't use it with other people... Just my opinion.

I hope others will come up with their practioners' opinions. I'll do the course in May, so I can't still ask about that directly to dr. K.

Dr K. and Nurse Andi are saying the vials are bi-directionally communicating, but it doesn't make sense. When you emit light through a tube it is in a single direction. It doesn't seem possible anything is bouncing back into the vial unless the laser was pointed at a mirror. I'm curious the explanation and to what phenomenom they attribute to the change in the vial's chemistry.

I emailed Nurse A. today. She said that it's okay to use it on me, my birds, and anyone who lives in our household as we're all exposed to the same ecosystem, and essentially the same bugs.
However, if anyone outside the house wants to use it, they should buy their own vials.

Thanks Six, It makes greater sense the environment where the vials are kept are the influence that makes them unique to one household. Brings up a question, where should the vials be stored inside the house? Away from large amounts of EMF? Where folks are most often, near the bed?

Actually, she said it was because the laser light was biphasic .... so information is delivered via the light, but also back to the person holding the light (that's how she said it).

You can do it to yourself, but it's easier if you can have someone else do it for you. You can't get your own back. I have hubby laser me .... and I wear significantly less than in the slide show, LOL.
I hurt my knee working out, so I've been just doing my knee with it. Don't know how much it's helping, I mean, how do you know?
What keeps me convinced about it doing something is that as long as I laser my bird with nervous system, she doesn't chew her feathers, but when I stop, she starts chewing again.

Just got mine yesterday which was good timing, because I had a session with my physcial therapist. She uses craniosacral testing and if you feel comfortable with this form of testing, then indeed it does work. I even had it compared with the venex bee venom ointment. And yes it is as powerful or maybe a little bit more so then the bee venom depending on the vials compared.
The blue vials did nothing for me based on her testing. The most powerful vials for me were 5 glands and 10 but all the reds and greens were very strong. It didn't seem to matter where the vials were pointed, she sensed an immediate reaction.
I'm going to continue exploring combinations with her and with my ART physician. I'll let you know what I find out.

I am using the green Jae laser that sweeps by itself and just did phlalates and plastics yesterday. Will continue using it along with the kit that Nurse A. provides. I noticed that my jaw got really tight after I did the laser for plastics and that is usually a herx/detox type symptom for me so I do think that there was some evidence of an effect. Will take more time to know more.

I'm not using the detox vials, just using normal stuff as subsutitute to intake. Like one can take vitamins, herbs, abx, everything only though light, not through direct ingestion. I haven't bought the balancing and detox kits yet.

I did Rizols for husband's candida (too early to say if it is working) and did a Chinese solution for cattarh for my little daughter. That I can say it worked. Just once, the solution doesn't test anymore for the last days, and she's got no more cattarh nor cough (it was hanging for WEEKS).
so in her case, the laser worked better than intake, IT SEEMS. It could be a coincidence though.
For me, I did the Rizols, I think I herxed but as I'm taking other things, so I can't be sure. Since the first lasering, Rizols don't test anymore, I wonder why. I'm on other herbs, maybe that's a reason.
I'm having a strange relapse of borrelia, I started to have muscle symptoms, pain, I had numbness on my face, that's a first for me.
I bought an adaptor of plexi-glass, invention of dr. K, so that I can use many different things at once (like put all my herbs, tinctures, vitamins at once) and laser that just once (90 seconds front of the body, 90 seconds back).
He said that most information coming back from the patient doesn't contaminate the vials if done like that.
I also had an amazing experience in the conference, while dr. K. was lasering a patient (an ALS patient...). Only though looking at the laser (or being there present), I felt I WAS BEING treated, not the patient only. The laser was not directed to me but to the patient, I was far away but felt something profound going inside me.
My lyme doctor was beside me, he usually almost faints with green lasers, and was as upset as I was (upset is not the right word, it's like we were being 'treated' by the light being flashed far away on the patient).
He also taught how to use on meridians. Flash the light just 5 seconds (no more) on a meridian or accupuncture point, then tap all the MFT points (similar to EFT points) after. I'm doing that too.
As for using at home, the best is to flash as far as possible, so that more 'field' from the patient is taken (close is not better, far is better).
If anyone knows about the complete kit of nurse A., if they get all the vials (colored ones plus all detox vials, balancing), can you tell me?

I got the 20mghz laser and it came with all the vials. I haven't used the detox vials. Just the normal ones. I was tested for the blue ones and they did nothing for me, so I don't use those. I mostly use the green and the red twice a day for 5 minutes.
I think the cranial sacral was great because I just had cavitation work, it really help draining the toxins from my jaw.

Shandy, I don't have access to ART, so, yes, you can use it without ART. I would guess it would be better to know if you really need the vials, but at worst without ART you just waste your time and the batteries.

It is for detoxing and balancing. You will most likely not see dramatic results in regards to you Lyme, but I think every little bit helps.
I have used all the detox vials. There's really no way for me to know how much they helped since I'm doing so many other things as well.

it is better to test with art and just because blue did not test for you in the past does not mean it will not in the future. that is why art is helpful - the body changes and its needs change.

shandy, if you stay away from the detox/toxin vials (which you should at this point in your illness, anyway), you don't need to ART test them. just follow her instructions:
green vial, then red vial, then blue vial.
sweep up the body with the laser 7-10 times.
sweep up soles of both feet 7-10 times.
sweep palms of hands 7-10 times.
then ears 7-10 times.
after that you can focus on specific organs and points if you'd like; ie, liver, tonsils, back of neck, sinuses, lymph nodes, spleen, etc.
if i go through this entire process with all three vials, it usually takes me 20 or 25 minutes. but then again Nurse A. says i'm a little OCD when it comes to lasering and thus go a bit overboard. Posted by Brussels (Member # 13480) on :

Rule of thumb -----
Do not use the yellow vials unless you understand metal, pesticide, insecticide detoxing and know what to expect. They are part of the set for practitioners or people who do ART or other muscle testing. That's what I use them for - my husband is exposed to the vial and with muscle testing (ART) I can determine whether his body is presently busy handling/moving/detoxing/storing metals.
The same for the other yellow vials. I can test him if his body is actively dealing with pesticides at this particular moment. Do not laser with the yellows. It can test positive with muscle testing one day and negative a day or two later. That is only for muscle testers.
With all the other vials = blues, reds, greens -- the body will only pick up the frequencies it wants and needs. No harm.
The same with the drainage vials for tonsils = T lymphatics - L, Matrix = M ----- they are wonderful to keep help in certain areas around the body. I often use the M vial and laser in a substance (i.e. cilantro tincture, Rechtsregulat, or any of the rizole oils (one drop goes a long way...) into a hurting area -- the knee, a bruise, etc.
If I laser my husband's tonsil scars shinging it a few seconds into his mouth, I also have to clear my throat. Bi-directional. A drop of a remedy in the dip behind the earlobe (vagus nerve) and lasering a few seconds works well.
Lasering takes all of a few seconds in any specific areas.
Keep the laser away from the eye and away from children. Do not keep your vials next to any strong electromagnetic source, such as computers, etc. It is not a toy!!!!!!
Mine are in a box and basket - ready to be used in a location where I walk by often, so that I do not forget this wonderful tool. If I packed it away in a closet, I would not use it as often. Out of the sunlight and away from the heat outlet, etc. Just use good common sense.
It's a great tool if used wisely. No need to overdo it. The body will only take what it needs. No need to take clothing off as long as it is just undershirt and shirt -- without a thick coat, etc.
I am still learning about light and photons every day. Right now I am reading an interview of Prof. F. A. Popp and the discovery of biophotons- twenty pages long, that I ran into on the internet - but it is in German or I would point you toward it. It is fascinating. There is so much to learn - we are just at the beginning.
I do not laser when we dog-sit. Sumi, 16 year old poodle, sleeping on the other couch, took off like a rocket when she sensed the laser light coming by her. She was asleep until then!

Maureen, unless you have someone to muscle test, o learn o-ring testing, try a Biotester. That has become my favorite. You can test yourself and find which vial to use at which time, etc.
As a rule of thumb, stay away from shining the four yellow ones on you. They are mostly for testing to see if you are toxic with the content.
The 6 (L, M, T, D, B, K ) you know when you detox, use the specific ones. If the throat is sore, tonsils loaded, use the T for tonsils. If you have BM problems, use the B. L - to turn on lymphatics. K - to help the kidney. M = matrix for pain. You can rub on a pain relief creme and use the M vial in the chimney with the green light. Green lights calm. Red lights excite.
