anybody know the actual number per year being treated?????

total lymies chronic and acute in the us???

Hi - I don't think there is a place where the numbers of people being treated get reported. There's also the issue of how many other conditions are being reported. For example, I think fibromyalgia associations say there's 10 million with fibro, and I bet CFDs organizations would have a numbers estimate on what they've heard. Plus all the other possible presentation conditions. I would guess we have at least a tenth of the country infected, which could be a conservative estimate.

I know me and my husband are not counted. When I was diagnosed, the doc had the Health Department (some agency within it) call me and ask me all sorts of questions. Then I was told I wouldn't be counted. I wrote to the CDC and asked them if Fla was doing the count right? CDC (really nice person) called me and said, "Unfortunately, it is up to each state to set their own reporting criteria."

documented

in the literature before the 70's outbreak?

betty
actually last 3 days feeling excellent.
had relapse, went back on 3 abx and vfend.
after 4 days feel great.

played competitive tennis twice in three
days knees feel ok not great.
played 2.5 hours today.

only problem was to much sun, now have malar
rash.

i still have money left over in the fund from
green santa. about $100.
it is actually my money, because i put the money in an account ,but bought the gift cards with my money.

as you well know, i am very willing to now share it.
either 4 $25 or 2 $50 cards.
