Hi all
I see that Dr B highly recommends taking a good multi vitamin. Any suggestions on what I should be taking. The one Dr B suggest is over a 100 bucks. Just seems like a lot for a vit.

Thanks all [Smile] [Smile]

Paul, I'm using ``Enzymatic Therapy, Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization System'', which was designed by Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum who is well-known in the Fibromyalgia/ Chronic Fatigue world.

It is a whey-based powder you can mix with water, juice, yogurt, etc., and included is an excellent B-complex capsule. About the only thing NOT in here is calcium, which I like because I want to choose my own form of calcium supplement to take. The amino acids alone make this a pretty good product. (Be sure to check the ingredients list - it does contain some natural sugars, for instance).

The B-complex that comes with this `kit' is one of the few that actually works for me, and the B-complex can be purchased separately if you don't happen to like the other part of this supplement.

Best price right now is at iHerb.com - about $29.00 a month; ingredient listing here (note there is more than one flavor now):

I like the Right Foods brand "One Daily". It is food based which is supposed to be absorbed better/easier. Costs about $14 per month buying it online.

I use Trace Minerals Multi Vita-Mineral with Concentrace. It is liquid and so I think it absorbs well. I get it at Vitacost - about $25.00 for at least a month's supply.

I like it because of the trace minerals and it has a decent amount of cal./mag. and things like selenium, copper, Molybdenum, and electrolytes.

The trace minerals help me to stay hydrated because they help with the absorption of water that I drink. I find if I don't take the vitamins, then I end up feeling dehydrated with chapped lips, etc.

I ended up going with ``Enzymatic Therapy, Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization System.
From the items I compared. Now it was only a few. Iherd had the best prices. I checked three items and Iherb prices were lower on two of them. This was verus vitacost.

Thanks again for all your help.

You Folks are great [hi]
