has anyone ever had any problems flying? i heard from someone that when you are on antibiotics and fly you feel awful becuse of the altitude?

If I take a lorazapam (for muscle spasms, anxiety is not the prob) then no ill effects from flying. Once I got horrible muscle spasms on a flight

I just came back from a trip to Italy, and I didn't have any significant problems, but I do consider myself to be 85-90% recovered. I took some lorazepam both coming and going as well. I took it primarily to help me sleep on the plane.

I've flown a number of times since starting Lyme treatment.
Early on in recovery, I did suffer a little bit of enhanced symptoms for a day or so after one flight. But that was the only time.
I've followed suggestions here and made sure I stayed hydrated. The other thing is minimizing stress--being sure I'm at the airport in plenty of time, no hassles with bags, etc.
