is motion sickness a problem? If so, I'll come back and add a bunch of stuff that helps me.
If you can, get a seat over the wings, on the aisle.

I just came back from a trip to Italy, and I didn't have any significant problems, but I do consider myself to be 85-90% recovered. I took some lorazepam both coming and going as well. I took it primarily to help me sleep on the plane.

I've flown a number of times since starting Lyme treatment.
Early on in recovery, I did suffer a little bit of enhanced symptoms for a day or so after one flight. But that was the only time.
I've followed suggestions here and made sure I stayed hydrated. The other thing is minimizing stress--being sure I'm at the airport in plenty of time, no hassles with bags, etc.
No problems at all.
