Hello All:

Does anyone seem to have muscle strains without any real physical exertion?

I seen to be having issues with my hamstrings and quadraceps and sometimes in my shoulders. They are never serious and tend to heal relatively quickly in a day or so if I take it easy.

Is this common with Lyme's or related to herxing?

Any input is appreciated.

Dave

Does anyone experience this issue with their muscles seeming to srain easily or am I nuts?

What infection could this be related to? Anyone?

Thanks

I do all the time. Yesterday I woke up feeling as though I had raked leaves for days. Haven't picked up a rake in over a year.

Today the feeling is nearly gone.

This happens to me several times a week. I don't know what causes it. I'm guessing that the lyme is depleting my magnesium, thus the muscle pains; or there is some sort of nerve damage that causes it.

My trouble spots are my right piriformis (low back-gluteus) and my right upper back. I get many knots in my muscles near trigger points, which refer pain elsewhere.

For all youe guys, is this symptom a temporary flare up that resolves over time or is it constant?

I am fearing the worse case scenario that it will continue and my legs will decondition to the point that I may need assistance walking.

I am 36 year old male who has always kept in shape to agree and have always been use to doing laborous activities.

It seems now I have been slammed back big time with this thing.
