Does anyone seem to have muscle strains without any real physical exertion?
I seen to be having issues with my hamstrings and quadraceps and sometimes in my shoulders. They are never serious and tend to heal relatively quickly in a day or so if I take it easy.
Is this common with Lyme's or related to herxing?
Any input is appreciated.

This happens to me several times a week. I don't know what causes it. I'm guessing that the lyme is depleting my magnesium, thus the muscle pains; or there is some sort of nerve damage that causes it.
My trouble spots are my right piriformis (low back-gluteus) and my right upper back. I get many knots in my muscles near trigger points, which refer pain elsewhere.
