For about 6 weeks now, I have been doctoring due to symptoms of chest pains, feet tingle, hands sleep, severe fatigue, light headedness, and nausea. I've had blood work done, an egd, a nuclear stress test, and yesterday an angiogram. All normal results. Does anybody have any suggestions? Could it possibly be lyme disease, and what is the most effective way to find out? Are symptoms of Lyme disease this deceptive?

Yes, it could be Lyme (and/or other common coinfections) but it is not certain.
The most effective way to rule it out is to go the "seeking a doctor" section of this website and ask for an ILADS trained physician, who are also referred to as Lyme literate medical doctors (LLMD).

Co-infections (other tick-borne infections or TBD - tick-borne disease) are not discussed here do to space limits. Still, any LLMD you would see would know how to assess/treat if others are present.

This is just one reason why most doctors don't know about lyme.
Attorney General Richard Blumenthal today announced that his antitrust investigation has uncovered serious flaws in the Infectious Diseases Society of America's (IDSA) process for writing its 2006 Lyme disease guidelines and the IDSA has agreed to reassess them with the assistance of an outside arbiter.
And here are some reasons that educated doctors want to be sure patients get early and adequate care when possible and treatment, still, for chronic stealth infections:

This excellent article explains a lot about what chronic neuroborreliosis can do. It also details other chronic stealth infections, such as Cpn - and others - that should also be assessed in all chronic patients, especially those with neurological symptoms.
It would be great if you could get this other sort of treatment somehow.

Lots and lots to understand. We all go through this process, and it can be overwhelming.

One of the first manifestations I had was strange chest pain. However, tests revealed a healthy heart. I suspect the presence of Lyme can perturb the normal operation of the heart...probably through toxin release and bacteria colonies in close proximity to the heart muscle.
