To my knowledge, B-12 is important for your body's defense and should be taken in conjunction with other B-complex vitamins.

I don't believe that the Vitamin itself can actually "hit" the Borrelia.

My LLMD put me on B12 injections.

It does nothing for the Lyme directly, but it has a great impact on my energy levels.
