This topic came up in a phone conversation. Does B12 hit Lyme disease at all?

To my knowledge, B-12 is important for your body's defense and should be taken in conjunction with other B-complex vitamins.
I don't believe that the Vitamin itself can actually "hit" the Borrelia.
