I am taking Biaxin 2x daily and I am supposed to work up to taking Flagyl on the weekend. I took one Flagyl pill Sunday night and today I feel achy everywhere with almost a sore throat. No fever.
Could this be from the Flagyl 3 days ago?

That does it for me - days, even a week. But I'm extremely sensitive to stuff.
Tidamax is easier for some people to tolerate but it might be that the flagyl will work out for you with some adjustments.

I took a lot more Flagyl on the weekends when I was taking zith and never felt like this.
The only time I have felt like this is when I did the abx challenge with lots of Biaxin and Flagyl.
At least if it is a herx, I know it is doing something.

It sounds like a herx to me. I herxed on the third day.
The Biaxin and flagyl combo on Sunday was new and must have caused this.
Interesting that you herxed the last time you were on this combo also. I'd say that is the combo for you to stay on for a while.
I'd report this to your doc.
