I can no longer afford packaged vitamins so try to get from food and supplements. I have switched to Hibiscus Powder for a "tea" - hot or cold. It contains Vitamin C and many other nutrients. Is much more affordable, from Mountain Rose Herbs (in Oregon).
Stevia is nearly required as this flower is a bit piquant.
I have a full page of links from my research for that and will make a thread - and come back and post that link so as not to take up too much space here.

I've not purchased there but had been considering this for a while.
One pound of their vitamin C powder is $15.
One pound of the other Hibiscus Tea is just $9. I think the Hibiscus Tea is much more beneficial so I go with that. -
