SupportingtheKidneys

Thisorganisanabsolutemusttosupportifyou arechelatingmetals!!!

And if you are not chelating metals, but mobilizing them with the die-off of bacteria and other microorganisms (parasites, fungi, viruses)
the kidneys need support.

I love Emergen-C.

GiGi, thanks for all that. Adding your thread to these, too, as each contains complementary info:

LIVER SUPPORT LINKS & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.

Some KIDNEY support detail, too, with Dr. K's links.

Keebler,

Do you get unflavored or do you have a particular flavor you use?

You can find what suits you here:

Emergen-C

ElectroMix

---------------------

I can no longer afford packaged vitamins so try to get from food and supplements. I have switched to Hibiscus Powder for a "tea" - hot or cold. It contains Vitamin C and many other nutrients. Is much more affordable, from Mountain Rose Herbs (in Oregon).

Stevia is nearly required as this flower is a bit piquant.

I have a full page of links from my research for that and will make a thread - and come back and post that link so as not to take up too much space here.

-------------------

I know that GiGi suggests the top quality BioPure supplements and they are very good. You can find those at their main site and also here:

http://www.naturepurenutrition.com

---------------------
Another consideration:

http://bio-alternatives.net

Bio-Alternatives

Additive-free supplements (Oregon company).

I've not purchased there but had been considering this for a while.

One pound of their vitamin C powder is $15.

One pound of the other Hibiscus Tea is just $9. I think the Hibiscus Tea is much more beneficial so I go with that.

HIBISCUS s., Roselle - LINKS SET

It has some benefit to kidney support, too. Noted in the links over there, especially here:

PubMed Search:

Hibiscus sabdariffa, kidney - 13 abstracts
