I took a break from all antibiotics.. mistakenly i stopped armour thyroid which made me feel like crap, for lack of a better work.. i just restarted after a week break and i see alot about adrenal supplementation--
Can I get something from the vitamin shoppe to support the adrenals? Also, can this be harmful if you do not have actual results showing you're having an adrenal issue?

In your case, since you don't have a cortisol test...
the simple way to support them is...
Vit C with Bioflavanoids(2g/day) Pantothenic Acid B5 (1g/day)
Eat 5 or 6 small meals/day and avoid stress.
Exercise and don't be afraid to use sea salt on meals.
Sleep is importante as well. So get enough of it.

Also omit sugar, white refined products, caffeine and alcohol. Believe it or not there is still alot to eat some fruits, most vegetables, red meat, chicken, lamb, seafood.
It REALLY helps!!! Now all I have to do is follow my own advice :-)

both of what Cane and Daystar said is good overall solid advice that adrenals benefit from.
Another thing that helps me is a good B Complex and Cordyceps.
