I'm supposed to add this in....anyone have a good source of quality stuff not too expensive? would rather have powder mixed in a drink than a capsule.

I believe this is one of the couple main components in soy lecithin granules. I used to take this one, they are very fatty and chewy, not really a powder, but I would just take by the spoon, or sometimes mix into food like oatmeal. I actually thought they tasted kind of good.

This is the one that my doctors have always said is the best. Also, it's best in a soft gel. It's
expensive but I'm sure you can shop around for a better price. I just used this link to show you the product.
I buy Lecithin granules at Vitamin Shoppe - their own brand is cheaper than most. I do have Phosphatidylcholine capsules and also an expensive powder from the naturopath, but I tend to use the Lecithin granules every morning in my whey protein shake.

Never tried that one but Designs for Health is a very good company that produces high quality products.

I read that it's good to try to find one made from organic soy. Much of the soy is GMO. Just something you may want to look for. I haven't been taking this product for a while.
Lecithin is a emulsifier. You can easily blend it into a health drink or shake.

Make certain you are not allergic to soy. Most people with a chronic ailment are allergic to it, because soy is in literally everything. Many supplements are soy based.
