Hey.

Recently I have been getting these sudden jolts of a very unpleasant feeling when I'm about to fall asleep.

It is very like the feeling you get when something really bad happens. Anxiety, adrenalrush and general malaise, but no heart pounding or sweating. However my heart has been skipping alot beats lately. Especially when I lay down.

Any clue what this is? This makes me really worried and exhausted because of the lack of sleep.

Thank you for any input!

"Any clue what this is? " This is very common with lyme, very common.

What is your dose of magnesium? What type are you taking?

Magnesium is the very best thing to help this. Don't worry - ever. Just observe and then focus on solutions. Worrying never helps. I always feel better when I can at least know why stuff is happening and then figure out a plan.

In addition to your magnesium, how much fish oil are you taking a day? You may need more.

Adrenal support with "adaptogens" such as Eleutherococcus senticosus & Ashwagandha help as may Hawthorn extract for the heart (but magnesium really helps the heart, too).

Thank you Keebler!

Im taking 1,5 grams of fish oil every day, but not any magnesium atm. Ofcourse, it makes perfect sense. I sure will add some mag in. I think i have some that Dr. B recommends in my, now enormous, medicine box [Smile]

Not to worry is something Im working on. Difficult, but Im getting there. Until then Uncle Xanax helps me out [Wink]

Thank you again!
