After 4 weeks, I took the last Doxycycline pill today. I am hoping symptoms don't return. I still have some neuro issues, which I will have checked out by the Neurologist on Friday.
The ID doctor said I'm cured (no follow up blood work or anything). Im going to wait and see what happens. If symptoms return, then I will make an appointment with the closest LLMD, who is 2 hours away and doesn't take insurance.

Many LLMD's have a significant wait list, especially for first-time appointments since they take longer.
Your plan is linear, you may want to consider working in parallel. Why wait? You can call the LLMD's office and get an idea of how long the wait is for a new patient appt.
You can also ask about their cancellation policy. If they are reasonable, you may be able to schedule something now, just in case, and cancel later if you find it unnecessary.
I hope your standard course of treatment was effective, but you should not let the chance to treat more aggressively slip through your fingers.

According to Dr. B's guidelines, you are supposed to treat until 2 months after you no longer have any symptoms. If you still have symptoms, then you have probably stopped too soon.
I had to wait 4 months for my LLMD appointment. Make one ASAP so it will be there if you need it. You can also ask to get on a cancellation list. If someone cancels, they can call you to take their place sooner, and you can always say no and keep your later appointment, or cancel it if that much time goes by and you are completely fine. But if you feel that you are relapsing or getting worse in the meantime, you would be closer to getting in to see the LLMD.

Make an appointment. My bet is that you will need it. Sorry to say so! You can always cancel it if you don't need it (but do ask about that ahead of time.)

What symptoms are you still having?
If you're having neuro symptoms that you didn't have before you got bitten, they are very likely Lyme, which means you need more treatment. Don't wait to make that appt.
If somehow ALL your symptoms go away, you can always cancel.
