Hi all,
Me again. Over the past few weeks my calves have become rock hard and painful. I have tried self-massage, soaking, stretching gently. Nothing.

Does anybody else have this? My calves feel like they're made of cement. No autoimmune disease going on. Help!

It is called spascity. Nerves fired to point of cramping. A very common so-called MS type symptom.

The drug Balcofen works great for those type of muscle spasms.

Magnesium & Quinine in tonic water helps too.

I believe it is from Bartonella infection.
