Hi all, Me again. Over the past few weeks my calves have become rock hard and painful. I have tried self-massage, soaking, stretching gently. Nothing.
Does anybody else have this? My calves feel like they're made of cement. No autoimmune disease going on. Help!

Have you tried magnesium?
