It occurs to me that I've been on this med for quite some time - for arthritis.
It's an anti-inflammatory and helps joint pain.
Would it cause false-negative on Lyme tests?

No, I don't think so. The WB measures antibody responses.

You gave a list of things that can cause a negative lyme test.
#13 says that recent use of anti-inflammatories can cause a false negative lyme test.
Celebrex is an anti-inflammatory.
