How can I treat lyme arthritis in my knees?

Take your antibiotics. (I say this in all seriousness, not being sarcastic or rude).
If you ask your doctor they may also prescribe an anti-inflammatory med to help relieve pain. OTC anti-inflammatory options are ibuprofen and naproxen.
Some supplements can help like fish oil and curcumin. There are others but my mind is drawing a blank.
