Added to the mix on Tuesday, I definitely feel it but it is tolerable. How long have others begun to Herx after starting ?

I felt nothing but great on it No herx whatsoever.....it was the best drug for me

Which liver support do you take with it? I was searching on here and saw some interactions with Milk thistle. I don't want to compromise my liver so what do you recommend?

I am taking Milk Thistle ! Hopefully someone will come along and recommend alternatives.
Lauralyme are you still treating? How long did you take Rifampin? Did it get rid of your Bart?

Within the first few days I began to have more nerve pain, but other than that, I've done well on Rifampin. Good luck!

I had my worst herx ever on day 3, lasted a week. I have been taking it almost a month.
