Added to the mix on Tuesday, I definitely feel it but it is tolerable. How long have others begun to Herx after starting ?

I don't know yet - will keep you posted. Going to start on it in 2 weeks.
Which liver support do you take with it? I was searching on here and saw some interactions with Milk thistle. I don't want to compromise my liver so what do you recommend?

Lauralyme are you still treating? How long did you take Rifampin? Did it get rid of your Bart?

Within the first few days I began to have more nerve pain, but other than that, I've done well on Rifampin. Good luck!

I had my worst herx ever on day 3, lasted a week. I have been taking it almost a month.
