I have a gym that has a sauna would i get any benefit from that or does it have to be a infrared sauna

I use a regular sauna at my gym and I always feel like a million bucks after. Drink plenty of water and eat salty things to keep the water in your body before you sauna. I think anytime you are sweating like that you are releasing toxins. Also, saunas have been used for thousands of years to treat diseases and have been shown to boost immune system.
