Can anyone recommend a good liquid electrolyte formula?

I just read Nenah Sylver's chapter on water in her rife handbook. I believe I need a water filtration system but I'll need to replenish the minerals.

I prefer getting electrolytes the old fashioned way, from whole foods (which can include some powdered foods like spirulina, etc.).

So many of these kinds of formulas come in plastic bottles and that can pose a risk. If possible, ingest liquids only from glass.

Still, IMO, there is no need for all the processing involved in these products when we have good food sources.

You might also check your current vitamin / nutrient supplements. You may be getting all you need right there.

While I'm not wild about some of the suggestions here, it's a start. You'd obviously want to avoid all canned and processed foods and go for the WHOLE FOOD choices.

This article is not the best I've seen and this search could be more refined, for sure, but this is just a start for those wanting to learn more about Electrolytes.

Better than most "Sports" drinks - in packets, not a liquid in a plastic bottle:

While way better than most sports drinks with toxic additives of all kinds and colors, here the natural lime raises a caution flag.

Natural flavors are not really natural at all. I would think that if this were just lime, theyd just state: lime. But contact the company for clarification.

The "Natural Flavors" video here tells more:

Coconut water is excellent for rehydrating. It is high in potassium and vitamins and minerals and is excellent in balancing electrolytes.

Thank you for the specific brands and coconut water reminder. Just what I was looking for. I had googled before and was getting a lot of sports oriented energy stuff.

Hi All: I wondered about this too... Is it okay to

take this mix in a drink near antibiotics? I am

always told not to take them near minerals-- Help

with this would be greatly appreciated. I think

Dr. K recommends Selectrolytes and I have the

Electromix and like it.

Thank you.
