I might have over done it at the gym last night. I know I know. Bad.

I feel like last night I had a herx. reaction?

Could this be possibble?

i'm beginning to think you can herx from anything including a bath...

Hahah....well then I am screwed pardon my french I went to the gym and took an epsom salt bath last night.

I believe you can... I think it's what happened to me last week. I've been taking it easy the last few days.
