Has anyone had any experience with the 'happy lights' for seasonal disorder?

Costco has them on sale and if they work I thought about purchasing?

I think "nefferdun" mentioned using some kind of light for SAD. I don't know which one she has.

How much is the one at Costco?

A new (Hm.Depot) or used translucent light fixture, fitted with a mix of warm white lamps, might be the cheaper way to go.

I "bathed" in one for an hour in the early evening hours- about this time of year- a few years back... sometimes while quietly reading a book.

It definitely helped, though I have Since just gotten to bed earlier so that I [usually] wake rested with the first morning light.
