Just wondering. I know that it can cause lesions in the brain, and I assume it can cause lesions anywhere in the CNS.

Yes. Indeed.

Some lesions occur when the myelin sheath around nerve fibers is attacked and then scars (as lyme is known for doing).

This can happen to any nerves in the body.

Still, in addition to addressing whichever / all TBD involved, myelin support can be very helpful.
