Lyme can indeed cause tachycardia. Find a Dr soon!

Are you in the USA?

POTS. Take pulse laying down and again while sitting up leaving a minute in between. Measure difference.

Is it a lot? A difference of 30 is the hospitals diagnosis of POTS. Hard to breath, feel like you're going to have a heart attack, adrenalin rush(if you have any).

Absolutely treat lyme if you haven't started cause you have something going on. You cannot, cannot let it go.

This is treatable early on with beta blockers, magnesium (based on co infection tests) and so on....

But ya, beta blockers will help.

We've ALL had that sort of racing, irregularity of heart rhythm. I would probably be safe in saying (or at least 99% of those with lyme).

One fine EKG / ECG at one minute in time means very little, really, in the world of lyme. It cannot possibly capture all times, all situations. It does not negate what is happening when it is happening.

Right now, you need some assertive support measures while you finish locating a LLMD or LL ND or figure out how else to approach the bigger picture.

If you are taking ANY Rx, check the manufacturer's web site to see if that Rx can interfere with what is called QT. QT is discussed in the cardiac thread.

First, though, MAGNESIUM should get on board.

You may need to up your magnesium level and be sure it's 3 x a day, not all at once. If you are not yet taking magnesium, start with Magnesium GLYCINATE or similar from your closest natural grocery or vitamin shop. You do not want magnesium oxide, the cheaper kind.

More detail here but it's best that you just get it if is not yet closing time in your time zone.

Soaking your feet in EPSOM SALTS and warm water will help, too, or a WARM (not hot) bath with that. Most grocery stores carry this. For soaking only, not for internal use as it's just so very caustic to mouth tissue.

As you locate a LLMD or LL ND . . . now . . .

Topic: MAGNESIUM LINKS sets -- scroll down for a new type that many seem very please with, a liquid and works fast.

Beyond that: HAWTHORN can be wonderful. Scroll to about 3/4 of the way into this set:
