Have any of you felt like you got much worse after bringing exercise back into your life? I thought I was going into remission, started exercising a lot, and now I am relapsing hard core. I'm very scared, I have no idea why I have all the sudden gone downhill so fast over the past month.

When you resume exercising you must go very slow. Most of us haven't done any kind of exercise in a long time and going too fast will set you back.
Listen to your body and start out with an hour a week and work up to every other day. Weight bearing exercise is best. Do what you can without getting over tired.

I used to ride my bike sometimes 100 miles a day. Since getting sick 15 years ago I quit for years. I am happy to say I am starting to ride regularly. I am up to 4 miles when I get out there,I plan on working up to more but I wont be doing 100 anymore, partly because I am 15 years older. Currently retreating but this round is much easier. Glad to be doing anything! Ditto what faithful said.
