I've done some reading on how great Braggs ACV but have found little on what it actually helps by itself.

Say I took a shot of it every day...now would my body benifit from it? Does it have any affect on the 4 forms of BB? Does it do anything to Biofilms?

How much should I take a day if I start this? Seems convenient and easy once you get over the taste with a bunch of positive results.

Is there anything I should avoid with it?

From my reading up on nutrition info I know that ACV helps alkalinize your body. Google search Acid/alkaline balance. The theory is that disease and candida and cancer and stuff thrive in more acidic environments and what we eat can directly influence the acidity/alkalinity balance of our body. Foods you would expect to be very acid causing actually influence the body in the opposite way. Lemons for example are great for increasing your alkaline balance. This is why it's considered beneficial to also start your day with lemon water for example. It's considered detoxing to flush out the acid forming meats and grain type foods.

I only know of ACV in this context, not familiar with the world of Lyme remedies yet.

Yes, just Google it. Many health benefits if you stomach can handle it.

I did google it....but nothing really specific to lyme. And when it did talk about lyme, it was adding a bunch of stuff with the ACV.

I want to know what ACV, by itself, does to lyme and cos.if anything.

Here is just one thread about ACV from past posts.

My brain is tired or I would look for more.

For those who are new, go up to the top of the page and hit the "search" button. Loads of good threads in there...

I doubt it has very much (if any) action against Lyme.
