Digestive enzymes like Digest Gold should be no problem at all.

Something systemic like Wobenzym, serrapeptase or Buluoke can make you herx.

Taking digestive enzymes with a meal won't likely cause a herx.

However, some digestive enzymes may cause herxing if taken between meals.

serrapeptase was CRUEL! It was severe as far as herxing .

That means it's helping clear things out! If you are on abx, the enzymes will help get them deeper into your cells.
