Digestive enzymes or systemic enzymes?? Digestive enzymes like Digest Gold should be no problem at all. Something systemic like Wobenzym, serrapeptase or Buluoke can make you herx. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!

Taking digestive enzymes with a meal won't likely cause a herx. However, some digestive enzymes may cause herxing if taken between meals. -------------------- -Razzle Lyme IgM IGeneX Pos. 18+++, 23-25+, 30++, 31+, 34++, 39 IND, 83-93 IND; IgG IGeneX Neg. 30+, 39 IND; Mayo/CDC Pos. That means it's helping clear things out! If you are on abx, the enzymes will help get them deeper into your cells. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!
