Does anyone else get migraines triggered by vitamin D-3 or D-2? If so, how do you relieve the migraine and how do you raise your D levels without taking D-3 or D-2?

Raise D3 levels...are you getting ANY (20 min.) exposure to sunlight?
Ginger, a SMALL amt. - capsule, is a PDE4 (inflammation) inhibitor and together with a SMALL dose of P5P (Now BRAND!!!) will counter the migraines too.
Look very closely at the *form of* CoQ10 she recommends!
UbiquinOL...the ANTI-Oxidant (supposed to be happening in the mitochondrial complex III...ain't cause complex I is kapoot).
BTW...K1 converts to K2 in the mitochondria.
Likely K2 levels are low too.
Bb messes with a LOT (!!!) of our essential nutrients.

I have low vit D & when first taking vit D I felt more pain all over. The pain lasts for a few days & can go away with continued vit D usage.
I have started & stopped vit D & each time I get the same results.

Hello Beck,
Absolutely, a Vitamin D deficiency can cause headaches and migraines. In addition, low D levels can cause fatigue, weakness, muscle cramps, and increase your blood pressure.
In answer to your question, the majority of each person's supply of Vitamin D is supplied by direct sun light.
If you do not have any suntan lotion on, a mere twenty minutes in direct sunlight will provided each individual with roughly 20,000 Units of this Vitamin.
Plus, despite the chance of overdosing on supplements, as Vit D is fat soluable (can be stored in fatty tissue), the natural method of capturing Vit D is not stored so you cannot overdose on Vitamin D utilizing the natural method!
