Does anyone have a good diet plan that avoids sugar and gluten, etc..?
I feel like some of the more obvious foods are chicken, soups, brocoli, salads, quinoa, eggs, etc...
Thanks

Turkey chili, I like it so much I now prefer it to beef chili. Most vegetables. Split green pea soup is another. And butternut squash soup. Got recipes from Whole Foods website or Crockpot.
I had a problem with thyroid levels so I cut out kale and nuts and 90% chocolate. Don't know which one caused the spike but TSH levels are normal again after going to 10.2
Soups and stews seem to be the healthiest easy to make meals. Salads too. I stay away from potatoes. Really only make 4 or 5 different soups/stews. A little boring but feeling better is worth it. And when I need a break, I just binge on whatever Im craving for a few days and then start eating healthy again.

The Mediterranean diet is delicious and essentially gluten and sugar free.
For bread, I make Farinata (Italian name)or Socca (French version). Made with chickpea flour, water salt, olive oil, and any herbs you like. It can be baked or cooked like crepes in a skillet. It makes sandwiches possible again.
