my dr finally gave me 150 mg diflucan for 7 days for yeast and thrush.
been a week and it ain't gone. he gave me four more pills and said that should do it.
I'm skeptical. what if it doesn't? and I'm starving....

Try 3g of niacin (vitamin B3, 3g=upper limit) per day. Take it once in the morning for a week and see what happens. It made a huge difference for me and cleaned up 90% of an overgrowth in just a few days.

Be sure to read the ingredients, only buy niacinamide as the B3 source

You don't want any flushing!

Yes! Forgot to mention that you want to buy flush-free Niacin. Good catch Lymetoo.

Even flush-free niacin can make some people flush.

I haven't experienced it, luckily. I took three grams a day for about 2 months just to be safe. Worked very well for me.
