Hard to explain. Maybe an inflamed feeling. Is this die off? Skin is not hot to touch.
Anything I can do?

I get that from MCAS.

Did you try an antihistamine .. or maybe an anti-inflammatory?

I have MCAS also, although mostly its an EXTRME mold allergy. like, off the charts.

what have you tried to do to treat this?

have you used cholestyramine?

Talking to me?

I take cromolyn sodium to calm the mast cells. It's a prescription. I take as few antihistamines as possible, but I usually end up with at least one Claritin a day or 1/2 Zyrtec.

I take the H2's when things get really bad ... Pepcid is my choice.

I had mold exposure too in the past. What a mix!!

Please call your doctor ASAP.

The feelings of "inner heat and inner itching" are NOT normal.

These symptoms can be due to a medication allergy.
